摘 要:为改善木材表面的疏水性能,以环氧亚麻油与棕榈蜡制备的复合乳液用于青杨(Populus cathayana Rehd.)试样常压浸渍处理,考察环氧亚麻油与棕榈蜡的配比及亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)对复合乳液稳定性和粒径的影响,并评价复合乳液处理材的疏水性。结果表明,当环氧亚麻油/棕榈蜡配比为3:7、复合乳液的HLB值为17.0时,复合乳液的平均粒径为223.5 nm,离心稳定性达1级;处理材横切面与弦切面30 s内的接触角达到119.2°和105.8°,流失率为6.1%,对提高木材表面疏水性能具有实际应用意义。In order to improve the hydrophobic property of wood surfaces,epoxidized linseed oil and carnauba wax were used to prepare a compound emulsion to impregnate Poplar(Populus cathayana Rehd.)samples at atmospheric pressure.The effects of ratio of oil to wax and surfactant hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB)value on the stability and particle size of compound emulsion were investigated;the hydrophobicity of wood was evaluated simultaneously.The results showed that when the HLB value was 17.0 and epoxidized linseed oil to carnauba wax ratio was 3:7,average particle size was 223.5 nm and centrifugal stability reached level 1.The contact angles on both cross and tangential sections of treated wood after 30 s reached 119.2°and 105.8°respectively;the leaching rate was 6.1%,which displayed significant improvement of the surface hydrophobic property of wood.
