摘　　要：采用气袋法采集家具部件释放的挥发性有机物(VOCs),通过研究家具部件在气袋中放置时间、气袋充气量和承载率对VOCs释放的影响,得出较佳的气袋法测试条件:以家具部件承载率5~10 m2/m3为标准,将家具部件放在大小合适的气袋中,充入气袋总体积1/2~2/3的高纯氮气,放置60 min后进行采样、分析。相比于标准环境舱检测法,该方法的检测成本低、耗时短、灵活性强,便于家具企业在生产和销售环节对家具VOCs释放的监控与管理。This research project investigated the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released from furniture components using the sampling bag method.The influence of the time of which furniture components are placed in sampling bags,the volume of sampling bags,and the loading rate on their VOCs release was studied.The optimal testing conditions of the air bag method are obtained:at the bearing capacity of furniture components of 5~10 m2/m3,the furniture components are placed in the appropriate size of sampling bags accordingly.High purity nitrogen was flushed into the sampling bag at the volume ratio of 1/2~2/3 to the total volume of the air bag.After 60 minutes,air samples from the sampling bag were taken and analyzed.Compared with the standard environmental chamber detection method,this method is conducted at a low detection cost and a short detection time,with a strong flexibility.This method is suitable for measuring VOCs during the manufacturing process and in marketplaces in the furniture industry.
