摘 要:以丙酸为溶剂,吡咯与4-取代苯甲醛反应合成5,10,15,20-四(4-取代苯基)卟啉.根据卟啉Soret带和Q带的特点,用紫外可见光谱协助监测柱层析中满足特征谱带的流出组份,快速分离纯化卟啉.以5,10,15,20-四(4-甲氧羰基苯基)卟啉为配体,与不同金属离子反应得到金属卟啉,对其进行可见光降解有机污染物罗丹明B的活性评价,优选出活性高的金属离子,发现锆离子参与的金属卟啉催化效果最优.以5,10,15,20-四(4-取代苯基)卟啉为配体(取代基为OH、OCH3、COOMe、COOH、Cl、Br、H),与锆离子配位形成金属卟啉.对其可见光光催化降解罗丹明B活性的来研究取代基效应.结果显示4-位为羧基和酯基的锆卟啉具有高的光催化活性.因此基于金属卟啉的催化剂可以通过调控金属离子的种类、价态和配位状态以及卟啉分子外围取代基提高光催化活性,用于有机污染物的有效去除.5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-substituted phenyl)porphyrins were synthesized by reacting pyrrole with 4-substituted benzaldehydes in propanoic acid.The separation and purification of porphyrins can be performed quickly by column chromatography,with the UV-vis detection of the components according to the characteristic Soret and Q bands.The visible light degradation of organic pollutant rhodamine B over metalloporphyrins was used to optimize the choice of metal ions using 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-methoxycarbonylphenyl)porphyrin as a ligand.Zr4+was found to be optimal to further coordinate with 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-substituted phenyl)porphyrins with the substituents(OH,OCH3,COOMe,COOH,Cl,Br,H)for the evaluation of substituent effects of metalloporphyrins.The results indicated that zirconium-porphyrin with 4-carboxyl and ester groups exhibited excellent photodegradation activity of rhodamine B.So Photocatalytic activities of photocatalysts based on metalloporphyrins can be improved by controlling the kinds,valence states,coordination states of metal ions and peripheral substituents of porphyrins for organic pollutants removal.
