摘 要:临床上,射束匹配可以极大程度地提高在不同医用电子直线加速器之间治疗患者的灵活性和效率。然而,除了定期对加速器机器性能进行质量保证(QA)检测外,尚缺乏对射束匹配的加速器间临床放疗性能的全面评估。通过统计过程控制(SPC)技术评估了3台射束紧密匹配的直线加速器间容积旋转调强放疗(VMAT)的实施性能。发现3台加速器VMAT QA过程的平均和中位γ通过率差异均较小,但是过程能力等级处于3种不同水平。结果表明,SPC技术可有效评估医用电子直线加速器射束匹配性能,改进特定患者的VMAT QA过程,为临床决策提供参考。Clinically,beam matching can greatly improve the flexibility and efficiency of treating patients between different medical electron linacs.However,in addition to the regular quality assurance(QA)test of the machine performance of linacs,there is still a lack of comprehensive evaluation of the clinical radiotherapy performance of beam-matched linacs.In this paper,the performance of volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT)between three closely matched linacs was evaluated by statistical process control(SPC)technology.It was found that the average and medianγpassing rates of the VMAT QA processes of the three linacs had little difference,but the process capability levels were at three different levels.The results show that SPC technology can effectively evaluate the performance of beam matching for medical electron linacs,improve the patient-specific VMAT QA processes,and guide clinical decision-making.
