摘　　要：腹腔镜直肠癌手术是目前在普外科领域中最为成熟的微创技术之一,经过30年的发展,已经取得了令人满意的结果,并且获得较为广泛的接受与推广。我们需要回顾这一发展历程,在看到成就的同时,更要发现问题。当微创技术进入高位平台期,而时代仍在飞速发展时,我们唯有坚守质量为本的初心,并保持创新思维,才能在新时代中取得新的突破。Laparoscopic surgery rectal cancer is one of the most mature minimally invasive techniques in the field of general surgery.After 30 years of development,it has achieved satisfactory results,and has been widely adopted and promoted.We need to review this development process and find out problems as well as achievements.When the minimally invasive technology has entered the high platform period,and the era is still developing rapidly,we must adhere to the quality-oriented original intention and keep innovative thinking,so as to make new breakthroughs in the new era.
