加速康复理念在先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿围手术期护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析加速康复理念在先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿围手术期护理过程中的应用价值。方法:2017年7月至2017年12月,将我院236例接受手术治疗的先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿随机等分为两组,参照组行常规性围手术期护理干预,研究组实施加速康复围手术期护理干预,对比两组的护理满意度、并发症发生率、术后愈合实现时间,以及两组家长接受护理干预前后的SAS评分指标和SDS评分指标。结果:研究组的护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后愈合实现时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,研究组家长的SAS评分指标,以及SDS评分指标均与参照组家长大致相当(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组家长的SAS评分指标,以及SDS评分指标均低于参照组家长(P<0.05)。结论:为接受手术治疗的先天性唇腭裂畸形患儿实施加速康复围手术期护理干预,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the value of accelerated rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of children with congenital cleft lip and palate.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2017,236 cases of congenital cleft lip and palate deformity in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each group 118 cases,for the reference group routine perioperative nursing intervention,for the study group to implement accelerated rehabilitation perioperative nursing intervention,compared nursing satisfaction,complication rate,postoperative healing realization time,and the SAS score index and SDS score index before and after the two groups of parents received nursing intervention.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Complications in the study group were lower than in the reference group(P<0.05).Postoperative healing realization time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Prior to nursing,the SAS score index and SDS score index of the parents in the study group were approximately the same as those in the reference group(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score index of the parents in the study group and the SDS score index were lower than those of the parents in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accelerated rehabilitation perioperative nursing intervention for children with congenital cleft lip and palate malformations treated by surgery can obtain better results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
