富血小板血浆治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效相关因素分析研究

摘　　要：目的:对富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效相关因素进行分析研究。方法:对本院2017年4月-2019年4月治疗的60例膝骨关节炎患者,采用注射PRP方式进行治疗,比较患者在注射前后的VAS评分和WOMAC评分,从而对PRP治疗的临床疗效进行评估。结果:比对结果,患者注射后的VAS评分和WOMAC评分表现明显优于注射前(P<0.05)。结论:对膝骨关节炎患者进行PRP治疗能够有效降低患者的疼痛感,有助于患者膝骨关节炎的恢复,且有安全保障,值得广泛应用。Objective:to analyze the related factors of PRP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were treated by injection of PRP.The VAS score and WOMAC score before and after injection were compared to evaluate the clinical effect of PRP.Results:the results showed that the VAS score and WOMAC score of patients after injection were significantly better than those before injection(P<0.05).Conclusion:PRP can effectively reduce the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,help the recovery of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and it is safe and worthy of wide application.
