米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的效果观察及hs-CRP水平分析

摘　　要：目的:分析米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果及对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:2018年3月-2020年2月收治顽固性心力衰竭患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予米力农治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗4周后左室舒张末径(LVDD)及左室收缩末径(LVSD)水平均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭临床疗效理想,能够促进心功能的改善,并降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of milrinone on refractory heart failure and its effect on the level of hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,76 cases of patients with refractory heart failure were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the experimental group was given milrinone on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSD)in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Milrinone has ideal clinical efficacy on refractory heart failure,it can improve cardiac function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
