摘　　要：目的:探究克洛己新干混悬剂与头孢丙烯随机双盲对照治疗急性呼吸道感染性疾病的临床疗效。方法:2019年1-6月收治急性呼吸道感染患儿84例,随机分为两组,各42例。所有患儿均采用常规对症治疗,观察组使用克洛己新干混悬剂治疗,对照组使用头孢丙烯治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平变化及药物不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗7 d后血清白介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未见明显药物不良反应。结论:克洛己新干混悬剂治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染疗效显著,能快速缓解炎症水平,同时安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspension in randomized double blind controlled treatment of acute respiratory infectious diseases.Methods:From January to June 2019,84 cases of patients with acute respiratory tract infection were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.All children were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspension,while the control group was treated with cefprozil.The clinical efficacy,changes of serum inflammatory factors and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical effects of cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspension in treatment of acute respiratory infectious diseases are significant,which can quickly alleviate the level of inflammation in children,the safety are high.
