摘　　要：目的:分析鼻内镜修正术治疗复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的应用价值。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予传统手术治疗,研究组采用鼻内镜修正术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后鼻气道阻力、嗅觉功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,采取鼻内镜修正术治疗,既可提高临床总有效率,又能改善鼻气道阻力、嗅觉功能,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the value of nasal endoscopic correction in the treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected,they randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional operation.The study group was treated with nasal endoscope correction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nasal airway resistance and olfactory function scores of the study group after treatment were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps,the use of nasal endoscopic revision surgery can not only increase the total clinical effectiveness,but also better improve the nasal airway resistance and olfactory function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
