锁定钢板内固定术和普通解剖型钢板固定术在复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对比分析锁定钢板内固定术和普通解剖型钢板固定术在复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的效果。方法:2017年11月-2020年1月收治复杂胫骨平台骨折患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用普通解剖型钢板固定术治疗,观察组采用锁定钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负重时间、住院时间、手术时间及骨折愈合时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施锁定钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,具有加快膝关节恢复的效果,可缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of locking plate internal fixation and general anatomical plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From November 2017 to January 2020,70 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary anatomical plate fixation.The observation group was treated with locking plate internal fixation.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the weight-bearing time,hospitalization time,operation time and fracture healing time were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures can accelerate the recovery of knee joint,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications.
