摘　　要：本文介绍中医内外合治法治疗哺乳期乳漏的经验,从热毒炽盛证、气血不足证、邪去正复证三种证型选取临床典型案例。热毒炽盛证以清热解毒,祛腐排脓为法;气血不足证以益气补血生肌为法;邪去正复证以扶正祛邪为法;临床上随症加减,再结合垫棉法、TDP照灯疗法,治疗效果显著。This paper introduces the experience of internal and external treatment of lactation milk galactorrhea,the typical clinical cases are selected from three types of syndrome:heat toxin and incandescent syndrome,deficiency of qi and blood syndrome and the syndrome of removing pathogenic factors and restoring vital energy.Heat toxin incandescent syndrome to clear heat and detoxify,remove rot and discharge pus as the method.Qi and blood deficiency syndrome to invigorate qi and blood muscle as the method.The method of strengthening the vital energy and eliminating pathogenic factors is used in the syndrome of removing pathogenic factors and removing pathogenic factors.In clinical,addition and subtraction of medicine with the disease,combined with cotton pad,TDP lamp therapy,the treatment effect is remarkable.
