独活寄生汤对寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨独活寄生汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用西乐葆药物治疗,试验组采用独活寄生汤联合西乐葆治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后疼痛程度、自理能力、肢体能力及社会能力评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:独活寄生汤联合西乐葆治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on lumbar disc herniation of Han Shi Bi Zu Type.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,100 patients with lumbar disc herniation of Han Shi Bi Zu Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Celebrex.The experimental group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Celebrex.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the scores of pain degree,self-care ability,physical ability and social ability were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on lumbar disc herniation of Han Shi Bi Zu Type is significant,the security is high.
