摘 要:目的:研究高千伏胸片与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断尘肺的差异。方法:选取2017年4月-2020年4月已确诊的尘肺患者100例,分别应用高千伏胸片与MSCT进行检查诊断。对比两种诊断方式对尘肺的检出率、尘肺征象的显示率及并发症检出率。结果:MSCT对尘肺的诊出率明显高于高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCT对尘肺征象的显示率高于高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCT对各种并发症的检出率均明显高于高千伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在尘肺的诊断中,MSCT具有重建冠状面图像的优势,能清晰地显示出尘肺征象,对尘肺的检出率明显高于高千伏胸片,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the difference between High KV chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2020,100 confirmed pneumoconiosis patients were selected.They were examined by High KV chest X-ray and MSCT respectively.We compared the detection rate of pneumoconiosis,the display rate of pneumoconiosis signs and the detection rate of complications between the two diagnostic methods.Results:The diagnosis rate of pneumoconiosis by MSCT was significantly higher than that by High KV chest X-ray,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The display rate of pneumoconiosis signs on MSCT was higher than that on High KV chest X-ray,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of various complications by MSCT was significantly higher than that by High KV chest X-ray,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis,MSCT has the advantage of reconstructing coronal images and can clearly display the signs of pneumoconiosis,the detection rate of pneumoconiosis is significantly higher than that of High KV chest X-ray,which is worthy of promotion and application.
