三级医院培养手术室专业持镜护士的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨三级医院对手术室护士进行系统的专业持镜培训后,护士独立担任腔镜手术持镜助手的效果。方法:选取2019年10-12月实施单纯腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者466例,使用同期购入的相同型号标清腹腔镜设备,随机分为两组。试验组由经过培训合格后的手术室护士担任专业持镜助手,对照组由低年资医生、规培医生或进修医生担任持镜助手,比较两组患者及设备安全事件发生率、手术时间及医生满意度。结果:试验组设备安全事件发生率、平均手术时间及手术医生满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三级医院专业培养手术室护士担任持镜助手,能有效保障患者及精密设备的术中安全,缩短手术时间,提升手术医生满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of the nurse acted as the assistant of endoscope operation independently after systematic professional mirror holding training in tertiary hospitals for operating room nurses.Methods:From October to December 2019,466 patients with simple laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,the same model of standard definition laparoscopic equipment purchased in the same period was used,they were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,the nurses in the operating room who had been trained and qualified served as the professional assistant for holding glasses.In the control group,junior doctors,trained doctors or refresher doctors served as assistant.We compared the incidence of patient and equipment safety events,operation time and doctor satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of equipment safety events,average operation time and surgeon satisfaction were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The professional training of operating room nurses as assistant holding glasses in tertiary hospitals can effectively ensure the safety of patients and precision equipment during operation,shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of surgeons.
