摘　　要：目的:分析无缝隙护理对鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量的效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治鼻窦炎患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用无缝隙护理,比较两组患者生活质量、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者生活质量评分及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理可以提高鼻窦炎手术患者的围手术期护理质量,减少并发症的发生,并可以明显提高患者护理满意度及生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing on perioperative nursing quality of sinusitis surgery.Methods:From January to December 2019,40 cases of patients with sinusitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing.The study group was used seamless nursing.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing can improve the quality of perioperative nursing,reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of patients with sinusitis.
