摘　　要：目的:研究对消化道恶性肿瘤术后患者进行早期肠内营养护理的实际临床效果。方法:选取于2019年6月-2020年1月来本医院行手术治疗的78例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组39例,观察组39例。对照组消化道恶性肿瘤患者开展普通护理,并加以必要的营养供给;观察组患者则实施科学有效的早期肠内营养护理,对比分析两组患者的护理成效。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化道恶性肿瘤患者往往病情较重,在手术治疗之后给予早期肠内营养护理,可以有效改善肠道功能,降低感染的可能性,值得各医院广泛推广运用。Objective:To study the actual clinical effect of early enteral nutritional care for patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors after surgical treatment.Methods:78 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,Randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the control group and 39 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group received general nursing and necessary nutrition supply,while the patients in the observation group received scientific and effective early enteral nutrition nursing.Results:All the clinical indexes of 39 patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with digestive tract cancer are often in serious condition.Early enteral nutrition nursing after operation can effectively improve intestinal function and reduce the possibility of infection.It is worth popularizing and applying in hospitals.
