中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床中将中医康复护理运用于脑梗死功能康复的效果。方法:选择2018年10月-2019年10月在本院治疗的脑梗死患者120例,利用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组60例。试验组患者以常规护理为基础,联合中医康复护理,对照组患者则给予常规护理。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,及生活质量的各项评分。结果:通过结果表明,在治疗的总有效率方面,试验组(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在护理后的社会领域、心理领域、物质生活、躯体功能的各项评分中均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中运用中医康复护理可以提升脑梗死患者的护理效果,并提升患者日常的各项生活质量,促进脑功能的恢复,因此可以在临床中大范围地推广使用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on functional rehabilitation of cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.First,the two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment.The control group used the traditional routine nursing method;The patients in the experimental group are based on routine nursing,and then combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing while patients in the control group are given routine nursing.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared with each score of quality of life.Results:The results showed that in terms of the total effective rate of treatment,patients in the experimental group(96.67%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(73.33%),and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The scores of the experimental group patients in the social field,psychological field,material life and physical function after nursing were all better than those in the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:In clinical nursing of cerebral infarction using traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can improve the effect of treatment,and improve the daily quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of brain function,so it can be widely used in clinical.
