胎盘早剥的综合护理干预及护理满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理干预对胎盘早剥患者的应用效果。方法:选取南京市妇幼保健院急诊医学科2017年1月-2020年1月收治的胎盘早剥患者40例为研究对象,采用双色球随机分为两组,各20例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施综合护理干预,比较两组干预效果(主要评价分娩方式、护理满意度及分娩结局这几个指标)。结果:试验组剖宫产率(55.00%)低于对照组(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.144);试验组护理满意度评分[(93.44±5.20)分]高于对照组[(80.88±5.30)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=7.565);试验组并发症发生率(15.00%)低于对照组(45.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.144)。结论:针对胎盘早剥患者,在临床中应用综合护理干预的效果显著,可有效降低剖宫产率,提高护理满意度,并减少并发症的发生,值得考虑加以实施。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with placental abruption.Methods:Selected 40 cases of placental abruption patients admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into two groups with 20 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the test group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared(mainly evaluating delivery methods,nursing satisfaction and delivery outcomes).Results:The cesarean section rate(55.00%)of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(90.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.144);the nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group[(93.44±5.20)points]was higher than The control group[(80.88±5.30)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=7.565);the complication rate of the experimental group(15.00%)was lower than the control group(45.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=6.144).Conclusion:For the patients with placental abruption,the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical practice is remarkable,it can effectively reduce cesarean section rate,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
