骨科无菌手术患者发生切口感染的危险因素及手术室护理管理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科无菌手术患者发生切口感染的危险因素及手术室护理管理对策。方法选取医院骨科2019年1~12月收治的1600例无菌手术患者,通过回顾分析法获取患者的手术相关资料,调查切口感染发生状况,并采用单因素、多因素logistic回归分析确定切口感染的危险因素,据此制订相应护理管理对策。结果医院骨科无菌手术切口感染患者共8例,切口感染率为0.5%;经单因素、多因素logistic回归分析确定,骨科无菌手术患者切口感染危险因素有急诊手术、手术时间≥2 h、腰髋部及下肢手术、侵入性操作、接台手术以及有人员流动(P<0.05)。结论骨科无菌手术患者切口感染率为0.5%,且急诊手术、手术时间≥2 h、腰髋部及下肢手术、侵入性操作、接台手术以及有人员流动均为导致切口感染的危险因素,临床需加强手术室护理管理。Objective To investigate the risk factors of wound infection in patients with orthopedic surgery and the management strategies of operating room.Methods A total of 1600 patients with aseptic surgery admitted to our department of orthopedics from January to December 2019 were enrolled.The operating room related data were obtained by retrospective analysis to investigate the incidence of wound infection and analyzed by single factor and multivariate logistic regression.Determine the risk factors of wound infection,and accordingly develop corresponding nursing management strategies.Results A total of 8 patients with aseptic wound infection in orthopedics were enrolled in our hospital.The incision infection rate was 0.5%.The single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis confirmed that the risk factors of incision infection in orthopedic aseptic surgery patients were emergency surgery and operation time≥2 h,lumbar hip and lower extremity surgery,invasive operation,follow-up surgery,and personnel flow(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of incision in orthopedic surgery is 0.5%,and emergency surgery,operation time≥2 h,lumbar hip and lower limb surgery,invasive operation,follow-up surgery and personnel flow are incision infection.Risk factors need to strengthen the management of operating room care.
