摘 要:目的研究对施行颅脑外伤手术治疗的患者,应用早期康复干预对其术后运动功能障碍的功能恢复及生活质量改善的价值。方法对本文试验对象94例颅脑外伤患者进行随机编号,以编号的奇偶性质将所有患者纳入两组。对照组(奇数)47例患者施行常规护理,观察组(偶数)47例患者应用早期康复干预。比较两组干预前后在运动功能及日常生活能力方面的指标差异。结果观察组干预后的上下肢运动功能均优于对照组,且日常生活能力的评分也高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑外伤术后存在运动功能障碍的患者,实施早期康复干预,有利于患者的运动功能康复,提升生活质量。Objective To study the value of early rehabilitation intervention on the functional recovery of postoperative motor dysfunction and the improvement of quality of life in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods Ninety-four patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly numbered,and all patients were divided into two groups according to the odd-even nature of numbering.Forty-seven patients in control group(odd number)were given routine nursing,while 47 patients in observation group(even number)were given early rehabilitation intervention.Compare the differences in motor function and daily living ability between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the motor functions of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the scores of daily living ability were also higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention for patients with motor dysfunction after craniocerebral trauma surgery is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients'motor function and improve their quality of life.
