计划生育门诊人工流产术患者中流产关爱服务的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析在计划生育门诊的人工流产术患者中流产关爱服务的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年12月计划生育门诊收治的80例人工流产术患者,随机分为常规组(n=40,给予常规护理服务)和观察组(n=40,采取流产关爱服务)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组各项心理状态量表评分比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各项心理状态量表评分优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对避孕知识的认知、避孕依从性评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组再次意外妊娠发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对流产后女性实施流产关爱服务的效果确切,可有效减轻计划生育门诊的人工流产术患者的不良情绪,降低再次意外妊娠率,提高避孕效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of abortion care service in abortion patients in family planning clinics.Methods A total of 80 abortion patients admitted to our family planning clinic from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(n=40,routine nursing services)and observation group(n=40,abortion care services).Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of the mental state scales between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of the mental state scales in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The observation group's cognition of contraceptive knowledge and contraceptive compliance score were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of accidental pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing abortion care services for women after abortion is definite,which can effectively alleviate the bad mood of abortion patients in family planning clinics,reduce the rate of unintended pregnancy again,and improve the effect of contraception.
