优生优育五项检测在孕前优生健康检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优生优育五项检测在免费孕前优生健康检查中的应用效果。方法选取我中心于2019年1月至2019年12月接待的4482例接受优生优育五项检测的女性,对其临床检测结果与相关资料进行回顾性分析,分析优生优育五项检测在孕前优生健康检查中的实际应用价值以及对相关疾病的检出效果。结果4482例患者风疹IgG抗体阳性率44.29%,巨细胞IgM抗体阳性率0.18%,巨细胞IgG抗体阳性率30.50%,弓形体IgM抗体阳性率0.07%,弓形体IgG抗体阳性率9.59%。结论在孕前优生健康检查中实施优生优育五项检测,能够及时筛查有关疾病,有利于及时对患者采取有效的治疗措施,并确保有怀孕需求的女性能够放心妊娠,有助于降低发生不良妊娠结局的风险。Objective To explore the application effect of the five pre-pregnancy tests in the free pre-pregnancy pre-pregnancy health check.Methods Select 4482 women who received the five pre-pregnancy tests of eugenics and childbirth from January 2019 to December 2019,and retrospectively analyze their clinical test results and related data,and analyze the five pre-pregnancy eugenics health checkups practical application value of the application and the detection effect of related diseases.Results The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody in 4482 patients was 44.29%,the positive rate of giant cell IgM antibody was 0.18%,the positive rate of giant cell IgG antibody was 30.50%,the positive rate of toxoplasma IgM was 0.07%,and the positive rate of toxoplasma IgG was 9.59%.Conclusion The implementation of the five tests in the pre pregnancy eugenics health examination can timely screen the related diseases,help to take effective treatment measures for patients in time,and ensure that women with pregnancy needs can rest assured of pregnancy,and help to reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
