布地奈德+复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究布地奈德+复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择朝阳市第二医院收治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿79例为研究对象(研究时段:2017年1月至2019年1月),按照随机数字分组法,将研究对象分为对照组和试验组。对照组40例采用综合治疗,试验组39例在对照组的基础上行布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者的症状消失时间、炎性因子水平和临床疗效。结果试验组憋喘、咳嗽、肺部体征、气急消失时间均早于对照组,试验组临床总有效率(95.65%)显著高于对照组(73.91%),P<0.05;试验组治疗前1周C反应蛋白(CRP)与对照组相比存在差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后4周两组上述指标降低,且试验组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗可促进患儿病情快速恢复,改善炎性因子水平,利于疾病恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide+compound ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis.Methods Seventy-nine children with bronchiolitis admitted to the Second Hospital of Chaoyang were selected as the study subjects(the study period:from January 2017 to January 2019).According to the random number grouping method,the study subjects were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group.The control group(40 cases)were treated with comprehensive treatment,the experimental group(39 cases)were treated with budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The time of asthma,cough,pulmonary signs and shortness of breath disappeared in the experimental group were earlier than that in the control group.The total clinical effective rate(95.65%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.91%)and P<0.05.The C-reactive protein(CRP)in the experimental group was different from that in the control group one week before treatment,but P>0.05.The above-mentioned indexes in the two groups decreased 4 weeks after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchiolitis,budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation therapy can promote the rapid recovery of children's condition,improve the level of inflammatory factors,conducive to disease recovery.
