摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾炎患者手术护理中采取舒适护理干预的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年4月在我院进行治疗的阑尾炎患者100例进行观察研究,根据治疗时间设立观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用舒适护理干预。通过对比两组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况、护理人员的护理质量、护理满意度及并发症发生率判断阑尾炎患者手术护理中采取舒适护理干预的效果。结果观察组患者的护理效果显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对阑尾炎手术患者围手术期应用舒适护理干预能有提升护理效果,证明此手术采取此护理的效果良好,能降低患者手术后的不良反应,具有很高的临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on appendicitis patients.Methods A total of 100 appendicitis patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected for observational research,and an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)were established according to the treatment time.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,and patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention.By comparing the recovery of gastrointestinal function,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and complication rate of two groups of patients,the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in surgical nursing of appendicitis patients was judged.Results The nursing effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing intervention during the perioperative period for appendicitis surgery patients can improve the nursing effect,which proves that the effect of this surgery is good,can reduce the adverse reactions of patients after surgery,and has high clinical value.
