吉布斯反思循环护理对老年慢阻肺稳定期患者呼吸功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨吉布斯反思循环护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月于我院就诊的120例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,随机编号1~120号,将奇数归为对照组,偶数归为观察组,每组60例。予以对照组常规护理干预,在对照组基础上,予以观察组吉布斯反思循环护理干预,干预3个月。分别于干预前及干预3个月时采用呼吸困难量表(mMRC)及日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分评估患者呼吸功能及日常生活能力。结果干预3个月,两组mMRC评分均较干预前低,ADL评分较干预前高,且观察组mMRC评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉布斯反思循环护理干预可改善老年慢阻肺患者的呼吸功能,提升日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effects of Gibbs reflective cycle nursing on respiratory function and ability of daily living in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods All 120 elderly patients with COPD from January 2016 to January 2019 admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly numbered 1-120,patients with odd number were included in the control group and with even number were included in the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given Gibbs reflective cycle nursing intervention on the basis of the control group;both were intervened for 3 months.Before intervention and 3 months after intervention,the dyspnea scale of modified medical research council(mMRC)and ability of daily living(ADL)scores were used to evaluate the respiratory function and ability of daily living of the patients.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of mMRC in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of ADL were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of mMRC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the ADL score was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Gibbs reflective cycle nursing intervention can improve the respiratory function in elderly patients with COPD and enhance the ability of daily living.
