整体护理干预在老年原发性高血压患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探究整体护理干预在老年原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将2017年1月至2018年1月在我院进行治疗的70例老年原发性高血压患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则在此基础上加以整体护理干预,记录两组患者高血压相关知识掌握情况、生活饮食合理度以及用药状况,同时定期测量患者血压,对比临床护理效果。结果两组患者护理前的收缩压和舒张压值比较未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后收缩压和舒张压分别为(115.40±10.23)mm Hg、(80.10±6.10)mm Hg,对照组患者护理后的收缩压和舒张压分别为(129.32±11.41)mm Hg、(87.50±3.40)mm Hg,显然观察组更优,结果比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对老年原发性高血压患者,临床给予整体护理干预有助于改善其血压水平。Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods According to random number table method,will be from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 70 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into control group and observation group,control group given routine nursing intervention,the observation group based on the overall nursing intervention,records,urban and two groups of patients with high blood pressure,reasonable diet and medication status,life at the same time regularly measuring blood pressure patients,compare the clinical nursing effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after nursing were(115.40±10.23)mm Hg and(80.10±6.10)mm Hg,respectively.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the control group after nursing were(129.32±11.41)mm Hg and(87.50±3.40)mm Hg,respectively.Obviously,the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with essential hypertension,holistic nursing intervention is helpful to improve their blood pressure level.
