摘　　要：现代意义上的中国工人运动在中国已有百年历史。马克思主义工会学说作为马克思主义理论体系的重要组成部分,在中国社会情境和时代任务的频繁转换中,试图寻找与中国民族性传统、阶段性特征、历史性使命、组织化逻辑相适应的结合方式和实践形态。这种结合方式与实践形态先后历经文本传译、试错反思、政治实践、学科建构等环节,使其具备了完整的理论形态。习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述,是马克思主义工会学说中国化的最新成果,在工会思想史大厦中开启了一扇理解中国工人运动和工会改革的理论窗口。The Chinese workers'movement in the modern sense has a hundred-year history in China.As an important part of the Marxist theoretical system,the Marxist trade union doctrine,has been trying to find a combination and practical form that is compatible with the Chinese national tradition,stage characteristics,historical mission and organizational logic in the frequent transformation of the Chinese social context and the tasks of the times.This combination and practical form have successively undergone textual translation,trial and error reflection,political practice,and disciplinary construction,giving it a complete theoretical form.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the working class and trade union work is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist trade union doctrine,which opens a theoretical door to understanding the Chinese workers'movement and trade union reform in the edifice of the history of trade union thought.
