摘　　要：提高超细纤维中岛成分间的收缩差可以提高蓬松性,并用丝长差来表征收缩差异。本文利用日本东丽公司最新的三组分复合熔融纺丝技术,探讨超细纤维在起绒皮革面料上的工艺。Increasing the difference in shrinkage between the island components in the microfiber can improve the bulkiness,and the difference in filament length is used to characterize the difference in shrinkage.In this paper,the latest three-component composite melt spinning technology of Toray is used to discuss the process of superfine fiber on the napped leather fabric.
