种鹅蛋子瘟综合症的中西医防治

摘　　要：2019年5月至2020年7月期间,广东三水、肇庆、清远等地区的种鹅群发生一种以拉黄白色稀粪,产蛋率和孵化率下降为主要特征的传染病,根据流行病学分析、临床症状、剖检病变和实验室检验结果,确诊是致病性大肠埃希氏杆菌引起的出血性肠炎综合症。通过使用黄连解毒散、四黄止痢颗粒(江西中成中药原料有限公司)、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、氧氟沙星等,病情得到有效控制。平时定期使用黄连解毒散和四黄止痢颗粒,可有效地防止该病的发生。from May 2019 to July 2020,there was an infectious disease in the breeding geese in Sanshui,Zhaoqing,Qingyuan and other areas of Guangdong Province,which was characterized by yellowish white loose feces and decreased egg production rate and hatching rate.According to epidemiological analysis,clinical symptoms,pathological changes of autopsy and laboratory test results,it was diagnosed as hemorrhagic enteritis syndrome caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli.Through the use of Huanglian Jiedu powder,Sihuang Zhili(Jiangxi Zhongcheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),Cefoperazone/sulbactam,ofloxacin,etc.,the disease was effectively controlled.Regular use of Huanglian Jiedu powder and Sihuang zhidysentery can effectively prevent the occurrence of the disease.
