摘　　要：目的促进临床安全用药,并加强医疗机构药品不良反应(ADR)的报告工作。方法检索国家药品不良反应监测系统中某三甲医院2015年至2019年上报并完成评价的ADR报告,回顾性分析ADR的类型、患者年龄、性别、给药途径、药品类别、累及系统/器官、转归、报告人职业等。结果共检索到ADR报告1127例。ADR发生最多的类型是已知一般(36.29%);男性患者略多于女性(51.73%比48.27%);61岁及以上患者(45.61%)最多;静脉给药导致的ADR(57.63%)最多;抗微生物药导致的ADR(31.06%)比其他种类药物多;皮肤及其附件(22.39%)是被累及最多的系统/器官;发生ADR的大部分患者(64.24%)好转;药师(48.54%)为上报ADR的主要人群。结论医疗机构医师、药师、护士应重视ADR的监测和上报工作,加强对患者的用药教育,更好地保障患者的用药安全。Objective To promote clinical safety of drug use and to strengthen the reporting of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in medical institutions.Methods The reports of ADR which had reported to the National ADR Monitoring Center from 2015 to 2019 by a grade-three general hospital were retrieved,and the ADR types,patients’age and gender,route of administration,drug category,involved systems-organs,outcome,reporter’s occupation,etc.were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 1127 ADR reports were retrieved.The most common type of ADR was the known ordinary case(36.29%),the male patients were slightly more than female patients(51.73%vs.48.27%),the patients aged 61 years or above(45.61%)were the most among all patients,ADR caused by intravenous administration(57.63%)was the most,ADR caused by antimicrobial drugs(31.06%)was more than other drugs,the skin and its appendices(22.39%)were the most involved systems-organs,most of the patients(64.24%)with ADR got better,and the pharmacists(48.54%)were the main group of people who reported ADR.Conclusion In order to better guarantee the drug safety of patients,doctors,pharmacists and nurses in medical institutions should pay attention to the monitoring and reporting of ADR and strengthen the education of drug use to patients.
