摘 要:目的研究灵芝超微粉对大鼠血液学和血液生化学的影响。方法120只大鼠,按体质量随机分为空白对照组(等体积水,A组)和灵芝超微粉高、中、低剂量组[8.4,4.2,2.1 g生药/(kg·24 h),B组,C组,D组],各30只,雌雄兼半。灌胃给药,每日2次,连续91 d,停药后观察30 d。检测大鼠血液学及血液生化学指标。结果与A组比较,B组雄性大鼠d91的中性粒细胞占比(NEUT%)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW-SD)、网织红细胞(RET),B组雌性大鼠d91的血小板(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT),C组雄性大鼠d91的白细胞计数(WBC)和d121的WBC、淋巴细胞占比(LYMPH%),C组雌性大鼠d91的PLT,D组雌性大鼠d91的NEUT%和d121的PLT及PCT均显著升高(P<0.05或<0.01);B组雄性大鼠d91的平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、LYMPH%、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr),B组雌性大鼠d91的LYMPH%,C组雄性大鼠d91的总胆固醇(TC),D组雄性大鼠d91的TC及Cr,D组雌性大鼠d91的LYMPH%和D121的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论灵芝超微粉长期喂饲,大鼠未见明显毒性反应,该研究为其临床应用安全性提供了一定依据。Objective To study the effect of Ganoderma lucidum ultra-fine powder on hematology and blood biochemistry in rats.Methods Totally 120 rats were randomly divided into the blank control group(equal volume of water,group A)and Ganoderma lucidum ultra-fine powder high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups[8.4,4.2,2.1 g crude drug/(kg·24 h),group B,group C and group D],30 rats in each group with half male and half female.The rats were given drugs by gavage for 91 d,twice a day,and were observed for 30 d after drug withdrawal.The hematological and biochemical indexes were detected.Results Compared with those in group A,the percentage of neutrophils(NEUT%),red blood cell distribution width(RDW-SD),reticulocyte(RET)of male rats on the91 st day in group B,the platelet(PLT),platelet hematocrit(PCT)and neutrophil count(NEUT)of female rats on the 91 st day in group B,the white blood cell count(WBC)of female rats on the 91 st day and the WBC and lymphocyte percentage(LYMPH%)of female rats on the 121 st day in group C,the PLT of female rats on the 91 st day in group C,the NEUT%of female rats on the 91 st day and the PLT and PCT of female rats on the 121 st day in group D were significantly increased(P<0.05 or<0.01).Compared with those in group A,the mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),LYMPH%,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Cr)of male rats on the91 st day in group B,the LYMPH%of female rats on the 91 st day in group B,the total cholesterol(TC)of male rats on the 91 st day in group C,the TC and Cr of male rats on the 91 st day in group D,the LYMPH%of male rats on the 91 st day and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of male rats on the 91 st day in group D were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Long-term feeding of Ganoderma lucidum ultra-fine powder in rats showed no obvious toxic reaction,which provided a certain basis for its clinical safety.
