葡萄糖酸锌联合饮食指导对营养不良儿童体质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合饮食指导对营养不良儿童体质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于研学基地进行咨询的营养不良儿童120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。两组儿童均给予家庭随诊,试验组儿童加予葡萄糖酸锌联合饮食指导。结果试验组儿童总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);试验组儿童营养不良情况发生率为0,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05);干预2,3个月后及干预后1个月,试验组儿童的体质量及身高均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿干预过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论对营养不良儿童给予葡萄糖酸锌联合饮食指导干预,可明显降低营养不良发生率,增加体质量及身高。Objective To investigate the effect of zinc gluconate combined with diet guidance on the body mass of malnourished children.Methods Totally 120 cases of malnourished children who came to research base for consultation from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,60 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were given family follow-up,on this basis,the children in the experimental group were given zinc gluconate combined with diet guidance.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was zero,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2,3 months of intervention and 1 month after intervention,the body mass and height of children in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the intervention.Conclusion Zinc gluconate combined with diet guidance can significantly reduce the incidence of malnutrition and improve the body mass and height of malnourished children.
