金叶败毒颗粒佐治急性咽炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨金叶败毒颗粒佐治急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年7月至11月收治的急性咽炎患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。两组患者均予头孢丙烯分散片口服,观察组患者加服金叶败毒颗粒,均治疗3~7 d。结果观察组总有效率为97.00%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者退热时间、咽痛消失时间、咽部黏膜充血消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的咽痛评分和咽部黏膜充血评分均明显改善,且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率和再治疗率分别为3.00%和1.00%,明显低于对照组的15.00%和12.00%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(2.00%比9.00%,P<0.05)。结论金叶败毒颗粒佐治急性咽炎,能明显改善发热、咽痛、咽部黏膜充血等临床表现,提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinye Baidu Granules in the adjuvant treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods Totally 200 patients with acute pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from July to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Cefprozil Dispersible Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Jinye Baidu Granules.Both groups were treated for 3-7 d.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time and pharyngeal congestion disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal mucosal congestion in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and retreatment rate of the observation group were 3.00%and 1.00%,which were significantly lower than 15.00%and 12.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.00%vs.9.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Jinye Baidu Granules in the adjuvant treatment of acute pharyngitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms such as fever,sore throat,and pharyngeal congestion,improve clinical efficacy and shorten treatment time.
