归鳖滋阴散联合羟氯喹治疗干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨归鳖滋阴散联合羟氯喹治疗干燥综合征(SS)的临床疗效及对患者免疫球蛋白及血清学指标水平的影响。方法选取医院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的SS患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均给予硫酸羟氯喹片口服,治疗组患者加用归鳖滋阴散,均治疗3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的免疫球蛋白(Ig)A,Ig M,Ig G水平及类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于对照组,唾液流率和泪流率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(6.67%比13.33%,P>0.05)。结论归鳖滋阴散联合羟氯喹治疗SS效果显著,且可显著降低免疫球蛋白水平和血清学指标,提高唾液流率和泪流率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guibieziyin Powder combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome(SS)and its effect on the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig).Methods Totally 60 patients with SS admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups took Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were given Guibieziyin Powder.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig M and Ig G,rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the the salivary flow rate and tear flow rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group(6.67%vs.13.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Guibieziyin Powder combined with hydroxychloroquine is effective in the treatment of patients with SS,it can significantly reduce the immunoglobulin levels and serological indicators,and increase the salivary flow rate and tear flow rate.
