摘　　要：目的探讨吲哚青绿染色联合全氟丙烷(C3F8)填充治疗对高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者预后及黄斑区结构的影响。方法选取医院2015年8月至2018年8月收治的高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者仅予术后玻璃体腔注射C3F8填充治疗,观察组患者予吲哚青绿染色联合C3F8填充治疗。结果观察组视网膜复位患者数显著多于对照组,视网膜下方浅脱离患者数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不同时间点对数视力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1周、1个月、3个月眼压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后6个月后,两组患者眼压无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的黄斑中心凹厚度、内环和外环的颞侧、鼻侧、上方、下方厚度均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论吲哚青绿染色联合C3F8填充治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离,可改善预后,提升黄斑区结构功能。Objective To investigate the effect of indocyanine green staining combined with octafluoropropane(C3 F8)filling on the prognosis and structural and functional changes of macular region in high myopia patients with macular hole and retinal detachment.Methods Totally 90 high myopia patients with macular hole and retinal detachment admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given intravitreal injection of C3 F8 filling,while the patients in the observation group were given indocyanine green staining combined with C3 F8 filling.Results The patients with retinal reattachment in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group,and the patients with subretinal shallow detachment in the observation group were significantly fewer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The logarithmic visual acuity of the observation group at different time points after the operation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the patients in the observation group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups at 6 months after the operation(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness of macular fovea,the temporal,nasal,upper and lower thickness of inner and outer rings in the observation group were significantly thinner than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Indocyanine green staining combined with C3 F8 filling in the treatment of high myopia patients with macular hole and retinal detachment can improve the prognosis and the structure and function of macular region.
