摘  要:针对宁东地区高耗能产业大工业客户的能源消耗量大、能源利用率低、能效管理水平不高的问题,以大工业客户历史运行数据为基础,采用聚类算法对客户行业特性、购电比率、用电量、缴费金额、欠费金额等指标数据进行分析,构建价值客户识别模型,淘汰掉低价值用户,筛选出价值较高的潜在客户,形成客户价值排名。采用K-Means聚类分析算法对高耗能企业用户信息进行分群,在此基础上利用主成分分析法筛选出14个二级能效评价指标。采用递阶综合分析法、熵权法构建企业能效评估模型,从经济能效、管理能效、技术能效三个角度量化评估企业能源综合利用效率,并给出实践案例。本文提出的评价方法能够精准定位企业能效管理薄弱环节,为企业产能结构调整和产业升级提供解决方案。In order to solve the problems of large industrial customers in high energy consumption industry in Ningdong region,such as large energy consumption,low energy utilization rate and low energy efficiency management level,based on the historical operation data of large industrial customers,the clustering algorithm is used to analyze the industry characteristics,electricity purchase ratio,electricity consumption,payment amount,arrears amount and other index data of customers,so as to build a value customer identification model and eliminate the low cost value users,screen out potential customers with high value and form customer value ranking.The K-means clustering analysis algorithm is used to cluster the user information of high energy consuming enterprises.On this basis,14 secondary energy efficiency evaluation indexes are selected by principal component analysis.This paper uses hierarchical comprehensive analysis method and entropy weight method to build the enterprise energy efficiency evaluation model,and quantitatively evaluates the enterprise energy comprehensive utilization efficiency from three aspects of economic energy efficiency,management energy efficiency and technical energy efficiency,and gives a practical case.The evaluation method proposed in this paper can accurately locate the weak links of enterprise energy efficiency management,and provide solutions for enterprise capacity structure adjustment and industrial upgrading.
