电针后使用红麻凝胶贴膏联合八段锦对老年PTED术后患者康复质量及HAMA评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析电针后使用红麻凝胶贴膏联合八段锦锻炼法对经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除(PTED)术后老年患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分的影响。方法:将2018年2月至2019年4月接受治疗的87例需行PTED术的老年患者纳入研究,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组43例采取常规护理干预,观察组44例采取电针疗法后使用红麻凝胶贴膏联合八段锦锻炼法干预。观察两组患者干预前后的VAS、JOA、ODI及HAMA评分情况。结果:干预后观察组ODI、JOA评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组VAS疼痛评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后观察组髋关节功能评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组术后首次下床时间、首次进食时间及住院时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组HAMA评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法后使用红麻凝胶贴膏联合八段锦锻炼法不仅能缓解PTED患者术后负面情绪,还能提高患者术后康复质量。Objective:To study the effect of electroacupuncture and kenaf gelatin plaster combined with Baduanjin exercise on the Japan Orthopedics Association(JOA)score,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score in elderly patients after percutaneous transluminal discectomy(PTED).Methods:Eighty-seven elderly patients treated with PTED from February 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital were included in this study,and were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method.The control group(43 cases)received routine nursing intervention while the observation group(44 cases)received electroacupuncture and kenaf gel plaster combined with Baduanjin exercise intervention.The VAS,JOA,ODI and HAMA scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed.Results:After the intervention,the ODI,JOA score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the hip joint function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the first time to get out of bed,first meal time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and kenaf gel plaster combined with Baduanjin exercise can not only relieve negative emotions after PTED,but also improve postoperative rehabilitation quality.
