摘　　要：股骨头坏死中医称为骨蚀、骨痹,属于痹病范畴。曹贻训教授归纳本病病机多为"内虚""血瘀""邪毒",先天不足并后天调养失当则发为本病,以补肝肾、强筋骨、养气血、活血化瘀、通络止痛为治疗原则,经多年临床研究创立了骨蚀汤,治疗股骨头坏死取得了良好的临床效果。In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),femoral head necrosis is known as bone erosion or bone-bi,which belongs to the category of bi syndrome.Professor CAO Yixun has summarized that the disease mechanism of this disease usually involves internal deficiency,blood stasis and toxin,and the prenatal deficiency and postnatal disorder lead to the occurrence.Therefore,the therapeutic principle should be supplementing liver and kidney,strengthening bones and muscles,nourishing qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,and dredging collaterals and relieving pain.With more than 30 years of clinical experience and research,he invented Gushi Decoction(骨蚀汤),and this formula showed good clinical effect in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.
