摘　　要：目的:以贵阳中医学院名中医为例,研究和探讨贵州近现代名中医的临床经验方心得、方义。方法:运用方剂学、中医临床基础和人物访谈的研究方法,通过临床适应病证、方药组成和方义探讨三个维度介绍贵州名中医的临床用方思路。结果:各位名中医的临床思路和擅长诊治病证各不相同,有以经方加减为主者,有以合方化裁为主者,有以中西医结合临床遣方用药者,流派纷呈。结论:贵州近现代名医经验丰富,但系统研究较少,流派研究更是缺乏,未来总结名医经验,探讨学术思想的传承尤其必要。Objective:To study and discuss the clinical experience by distinguished traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor of Guizhou Province in modern and contemporary time,taking Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example.Methods:Using the research methods of TCM formula,clinical basis of traditional Chinese medicine and person interview,the thought of prescription by the distinguished TCM doctors of Guizhou Province were explored through 3 dimensions:clinical indication,composition and the connotation of formulas.Results:The distinguished TCM doctors varied sharply on the clinical thinking and favorable diseases.Some are good at using classical formulas with modification,some good at combining formulas,some good at combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Conclusion:there are few systematic studies on distinguished doctors of Guizhou province in modern and contemporary time,especially on academic schools.It is necessary to summarize the experience of distinguished doctors and explore the inheritance of academic thoughts in the future.
