摘　　要：铜电解起重机的绝缘设置直接影响起重机的绝缘可靠性和安全性。在对绝缘起重机现行标准进行解读的基础上,分析了铜电解起重机绝缘设置原理,并通过绝缘结构设计、绝缘点设置、绝缘材料选择及加工处理、绝缘监控和维护、安装与运输注意事项等方面对提升铜电解起重机绝缘设置进行技术探讨。The insulation installation of crane for copper electrolysis directly affects the reliability and safety of the crane insulation.Based on the interpretation of the current standard of insulated crane,this paper analyzes the insulation installation principle of crane for copper electrolysis,and makes technical discussion of improvement of insulation installation of crane for copper electrolysis from the aspects of insulation structure design,insulation point arrangement,selection of insulation materials and processing,insulation monitoring and maintenance,installation and transportation precautions,etc.
