摘 要:在飞机结构强度试验中,协调加载控制系统可测量各类载荷,目前只能直接测量力传感器等电压输出型传感器的反馈。本文分析常用的拉线式位移传感器、倾角传感器等电流输出型传感器的原理,结合MTS协调加载控制系统的采集放大原理,提出了一种基于MTS协调加载控制系统的电流输出型传感器应用方法,将传感器通过转换电路转换为电压输出型传感器,通过转换关系得到电流输出型传感器在MTS系统中的理论增益与零点的确定方法,并在试验中得到验证。该方法丰富了协调加载控制系统施加的载荷类型,已广泛应用于多项飞机结构强度试验中。In the structural strength tests of aircraft,the coordinated loading control system is mainly used to measure all kinds of loading.The feedback of voltage-output sensors,such as force sensors,can be measured by the coordinated loading control system.In this paper,the principles of thread displacement sensors and angle sensors,which are common current-output sensors,are analyzed.Combined with the acquisition amplification principle of the coordinated loading control system,the application method of current-output sensor based on the MTS coordinated loading control system is advanced.These sensors are transformed with converting circuit,and the gain and zero of current-output sensors are received by the transformation in theory.The method which has been verified in tests enriches the type of sensors and loading in the coordinated loading control system.The method has been widely used in a number of structural strength tests.
