摘　　要：东北抗日联军是由中国共产党直接领导的一支抗日武装力量。在长达十四年的抗战中,东北中共党组织高度重视党建工作,在政治建设中始终坚持党的领导,坚守人民立场;在思想建设中督促党员加强理论学习,改造非无产阶级思想;在组织建设中发展壮大党组织,特别重视党员干部的培养;在纪律和作风建设中强调遵守党纪,对党忠诚。东北抗日联军的党建工作铸造了军队之魂,扩大了党在东北地区的影响力,丰富了党的建设内容与形式。中国共产党即将迎来百年华诞,重温东北抗日联军的党建工作对新时代党的建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。The Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces is an anti-Japanese armed force directly led by the Communist Party of China.In the 14 years of arduous struggle,the Communist Party of China in the Northeast has attached great importance to Party building and has always adhered to the Party leadership and the people’s position in political construction.In ideological construction,it has urged Party members to strengthen theoretical study and transform non-proletarian ideology.In organization construction,it has developed and strengthened the Party organization,especially paying attention to the training of Party members and cadres.In discipline and work style construction,it has emphasized to observe Party discipline and be loyal to the Party.The Party building of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces cast the soul of the army,expanded the influence of the Party in Northeast China,and enriched the content and form of Party building in practice.The Communist Party of China is about to celebrate its centenary,and revisiting the Party building of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Forces has important theoretical and practical significance for Party construction in the new era.
