公安院校研究生学术道德失范的表现、归因及对策

摘　　要：公安院校研究生既是共和国的预备警官又是高学历人才,必须高度重视学术道德和学风建设。高校学术道德教育弱化、社会急功近利思想蔓延和个人价值趋利严重导致个别公安院校研究生存在伪造实验数据及调研经历、抄袭公安内部资料规避查重、论文署名不实、一稿多投和重复发表等学术道德失范现象。提出加强学术道德教育、完善学术激励和监督机制、强化学术道德实践等对策。Postgraduates in public security colleges are both probationary police officers and talents with high diploma.The special and double identity determines that postgraduates in public security colleges must be in the forefront of academic ethics and academic atmosphere construction.The weakening of the schools’education on academic ethics,the spread of the desire for instant success and quick benefit from the society and the desire for personal value result in the academic anomie of postgraduates in public security colleges,such as falsifying experiment and field experiences,plagiarizing internal data of public security to avoid duplicate checks,adding names to the papers,multiple contributions with one manuscript and duplicate publication.It is necessary to strengthen the education on academic morality,improve the academic incentive and supervision mechanism and enhance practice on academic ethics to guide the education and improve the academic moral competence level of public security colleges’postgraduates.
