摘　　要：高等学校毕业生作为社会现代化建设的重要角色,是社会最宝贵的人才资源,是实现中国梦的关键。民办高校毕业生的就业情况直接影响学校各学科的综合考评,因此,对于民办高校毕业生进行就业指导是各院校的重要任务。该文通过简要分析民办高校毕业生就业指导工作的现实意义及民办高校就业指导工作存在的问题,提出了优化民办高校就业指导工作的各种途径,引导毕业生树立正确的就业观和择业观。As an important role of social modernization,college graduates are the most valuable human resources and the key to realize the Chinese dream.The employment situation of private college graduates directly affects the comprehensive evaluation of various disciplines.Therefore,it is an important task for colleges and universities to provide employment guidance for graduates of private colleges.The practical significance of employment guidance for graduates of private colleges and the problems existing in the employment guidance work of private colleges are discussed in this paper.Various ways to optimize the employment guidance work of private colleges are put forward to guide graduates to establish a correct outlook of employment and career choice.
