摘　　要：辅导员队伍是高等学校落实立德树人根本任务、培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的重要力量,加强辅导员队伍的师德师风建设,对于提升高校人才培养质量和大学生思想政治教育工作成效,具有十分重要的现实意义。柏格森生命哲学为解决师德师风建设工作中的重难点提供了有益借鉴,即高校要从辅导员生命视角出发,充分激发辅导员队伍的内在潜能,从而促进辅导员队伍师德师风水平的不断提升。The team of counselors is an important force for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors.Therefore,strengthening the construction of counselors'professional ethics and style will have a very important practical significance for improving the quality of college talent training and the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education.Bergson's life philosophy provides a useful reference for solving the important and difficult points in the construction of teachers'professional ethics and style,that is,colleges and universities should start from the life perspective of counselors to fully stimulate the inner potential of the counselor team,and promote continuous improvement of counselors'professional ethics and style.
