摘  要:目的调查我国公立医院专科护士岗位聘任条件与岗位待遇现况,为医院管理部门制定专科护士岗位任职条件与岗位待遇标准提供参考。方法采用自制问卷对我国9个省份126家二级医院、181家三级医院进行调查。结果我国医院开设的护理门诊岗位多达14个专科领域,其中开设最多的门诊分别为伤口造口护理门诊(40.3%)、导管护理门诊(33.9%)和糖尿病护理门诊(30.9%)。我国医院多从学历、职称和专科工作时间方面设定专科护士岗位聘任条件。岗位待遇调查发现,37.8%的医院提高了专科护士岗位薪酬,45.9%的医院提高了专科护士聘任后的岗位薪酬。专科护士待遇较好的医院其专科护士待遇标准制定率高于未提高待遇的医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应统一我国医院专科护士岗位准入标准,细化专科护士岗位聘任条件,建立与专科护士能力相对应的岗位待遇标准,完善我国医院护理岗位管理制度建设。Objective To investigate the current post qualifications and post salaries of specialist nurse in public hospitals in China,and to provide reference for the hospital management department to formulate the post qualification and post salary standards for specialist nurse.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 126 secondary hospitals and 181 tertiary hospitals in 9 provinces in China.Results Nursing clinics opened by hospitals in China involved 14 specialty fields,among which the most opened clinics were wound ostomy nursing clinic(40.3%),catheter nursing clinic(33.9%)and diabetes nursing clinic(30.9%).Most hospitals in China set the conditions for the appointment of specialist nurses in terms of academic qualifications,professional titles and specialty working hours.The post salary survey found that 37.8%of hospitals increased the salary of specialist nurses,and 45.9%of hospitals increased the salary of specialist nurses after they were appointed.Correlation analysis showed that the rate of setting post salary standards in hospitals that improved the salary of specialist nurses was higher than that in hospitals that did not,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion It is necessary to unify thejob access standards for specialist nurse posts in hospitals in China,refine the qualifications for specialist nurse posts,establish post salary standards corresponding to the competence of specialist nurses,and improve the construction of the management system of hospital nursing posts in China.
