摘 要:肺移植患者可因个体、原发疾病和移植相关因素导致营养不良的发生,其营养状态与术前疾病严重程度及术后存活率息息相关,因此,肺移植术前后营养管理不容忽视。本文对早期营养风险筛查、营养状况的正确评估、合理的肠内肠外营养支持方案及相关动态营养监测进行综述,以期为改善肺移植患者的营养状况及预后提供参考和建议。Malnutrition can occur in lung transplant patients due to individual,primary disease and transplantation related factors.The nutritional status is closely related to the severity of disease before operation and the survival rate after operation.Therefore,nutrition management before and after lung transplantation should not be ignored.This article reviews early nutritional risk screening,correct assessment of nutritional status,reasonable enteral and parenteral nutrition support programs and related dynamic nutritional monitoring,in order to provide reference and suggestions for improving the nutritional status and prognosis of lung transplantation patients。
