“待开发历史街区”对城市空间多样化影响研究——以大连市东关街为例

摘　　要：随着现代化建设对城市改革要求不断提高,城市的高速发展加剧了空间发展的不平衡。这种不平衡具体表现为日渐衰落的待开发历史街区与新建街区所带来的城市功能方面的差距。随着现代化城市建设的不断深入,两者之间的矛盾冲突直接导致城市空间发展的不平衡。本文以大连市东关街历史街区为例,以现象学的视角,从街区的生成和街区的现状两个层级,分析和总结待开发历史街区特有空间尺度及肌理模式对于城市空间多样化的影响。With the increasingly improved requirements of modernization for urban reform,the rapid development of the city has intensified the imbalance of space development.Such kind of imbalance is embodied in the disparity between the declining historical distracts to be developed and the urban effect brought by newly-built distracts.With the continuous deepening of modern urban construction,the contradiction between the two directly leads to the imbalanced development of the urban space.Taking the historical distract-Dongguan Street in Dalian as an example,from the perspective of phenomenology,the paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of unique spatial scale and texture patterns on the urban spatial diversification from two levels of the block generation and its current situation.
