摘 要:中国城镇化水平的提高促进了城市高层住宅的发展,同时高层住宅节能问题也成了节能领域关注的重点之一。选取夏热冬冷气候区的典型城市武汉,首先,建立武汉地区高层住宅建筑模型,对其进行能耗模拟分析;其次,针对外墙传热系数这一被动式设计参量,采用控制变量法对其进行能耗模拟对比分析;最后,结合成本因素,采用多目标优化函数对其进行研究,得到基于成本和能耗情况下最佳的外墙传热系数值,为武汉地区高层住宅设计提供思路和参考。The improvement in the level of urbanization in China has promoted the development of urban high-rise residential buildings.At the same time,the energy-saving problem of high-rise residential buildings has become one of the focuses of energy conservation.This paper selects Wuhan,a typical city with a hot summer and cold winter climate,establishes a model of high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan,and conducts energy consumption simulation analysis.Then,according to the passive design parameter of external wall heat transfer coefficient,the control variable method is used to simulate and compare its energy consumption.Finally,combined with cost factors,it studies with multi-objective optimization function,and obtains the best external wall heat transfer coefficient value based on cost and energy consumption,which provides ideas and references for the design of high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan.
